With the eye of my supervisor, making changes to scenery and lighting elements. Keeping track of any new blocking and lighting cues and calling lighting cues during the Internationally broadcasted event.

Leading all shop activities for the LX and Sound Shop at The UTEP Department of Theatre and Dance. Ensured all projects stayed on task in a safe and productive manner
As a returning apprentice the responsibility of leading the other crew members and setting an example for them to follow was paramount. At the end of the day, my responsibilities increased becoming a crew lead in show shuffles as well as even taking a supervisor position for my time as Stage Carpenter for the Opera's A3 scenes
Using Vectorworks, I worked personally with my mentor and designer of the event to visualize the design of his lighting sculpture. 3D modeling all subjects as well as creating renderings for approval of corporate sponsors

Work in sub-groups led by traveling crew members to safely and efficiently load in and load out event stages. Being in El Paso, we work with both national and international artists, especially Hispanic and Latin artists who frequent the city on the border.
Working in a unique environment, I loaded in and struck rep. productions in Santa Fe Opera's renowned summer lineup. Moving giant set pieces, I worked alongside other individuals to bring their amazing set pieces to the stage for rehearsals and shows. As stage crew we worked performances to do set moves and shifts as well as maintained the facilities and kept the opera moving.
